There are so many lead companies out there and it really does make a difference in where you get these leads. Many lead companies offer free leads and those can be great for getting your feet wet, but aren’t the highest quality leads.
But no worries, just use them for practice! But don’t use those leads for one day and then judge ALL purchased leads from your short lived experience.

All Purchased MLM Leads Are Not The Same
I have called hundreds of leads from different sources and I can definitely tell you that all leads are not the same. The best ones I have found are the ones that have been telephone interviewed by the lead company. And, most of the time if you get a bad lead from this category the lead company will replace it.
I encourage you to be consistent and make a follow up plan with these leads. Go through the numbers. Just like any marketing method, there is a learning curve and skills that needs to be sharpened.
Give it AT LEAST 90 days with consistent prospecting and follow up before you make a judgment call on this type business building. It works but only if you work it!

Tips for Using MLM Leads
Know that your goal for the first call is to see if the prospect is indeed open and looking for a business. Introduce yourself and connect by using good questions and listen.
Set an appointment to go through your presentation and keep your posture. Don’t be emotionally attached to anyone.
Take your business seriously and keep your appointments. Always be the one to initiate the follow up call. You call them.
Be quick when using this method. Don’t have 45 minutes conversations. You are modeling for that prospect what they will be doing in the business. If they think they have to stay on the phone and become best friends with these leads, if will turn them off to your business.
Use leads that are in your area. It creates a quick connection between you and the contact. It’s also a great way to build a strong local team that you can meet with personally.
With Facebook you can easily create an online relationship quickly with your leads and makes you a real person in the eyes of your prospect.
